Queue-Service Relationship

This module provides the Queue-Services relationship feature for Znuny for better organization of ticket creation so that they are allocated to the correct areas, placing a control to prevent errors.

This module provides the Type-Service Relationship feature for Znuny for better organization of ticket creation so that they are allocated to the correct areas, placing a control to prevent errors.

Installation

Configuration

This module can be configured via System Configuration in the administrative interface. The following configuration options are available:

PickServiceRelation

Defines which relationship will be used. Possible 'Service Queue' or 'Service Type'.

To do this, simply navigate to 'System Settings' and search for 'PickServiceRelation'. Then enable editing and select the desired relationship.

PickUserType

Defines which user types the PickServiceRelation will be applied to.

Use

After selecting the relationship type in the module configuration, you can relate the Types / Queues to Services.

Entering the administration tab, the ticket Settings section will have two items ticketed “Type ↔ Services” and “Queue ↔ Services”.

The usage method is the same for both items, so the explanation applies for both.

After entering the item a list with all its Types and Services will be shown in two columns.

To make the relationship between Type and Services you will need to select some item from the Types column, to open a screen where only services will appear and next to them will appear a checkbox symbolizing which Services are already linked to that Type and to make new relations or remove some already existing.

After these settings, you can select a service when opening tickets based on the selected type or queue.

Only one type of relationship is allowed at a time, Type-Service or Queue-Service
