This module allows placing the e-mail of those responsible for the AgentTicketCompose action according to the parent service of the ticket.

Installation

bin/znuny.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ ServiceAndResponsibleCopy-7.0.1.opm

Configuration

This module must be configured as follows:

ServiceAndResponsibleCopy::Core::DynamicFieldName

In this configuration, add the name of the dynamic field that will be used as a parameter in the ticket. Note: Field with tree view.

ServiceAndResponsibleCopy::Core::ServiceDynamicFieldAndEmail

In this configuration, add the name of the service parent in the key, followed by the value 'parent' of the dynamic field and the corresponding email to add in copy.

If you want more than 1 email in the service, separate them with ','.

The child services were left with the configured parent service email, if it is not in the configuration.

The child dynamic fields will also have the parent's email.

Add the required js

It is necessary to add the .js "Core.Agent.Admin.ServiceAndResponsibleCopy.js" in the Znuny configuration "Loader::Module::AgentTicketCompose###002-Ticket" Image

After configuring the module, entering a service call in the AgentTicketCompose action, you can view the emails that were copied:
