# Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ QueueTreeView-6.2.4.opm

# Configuration

This module does not require any additional configuration

# Use

# Place or Remove the view in Tree mode

to insert the view in tree mode, click your avatar in the top menu of the screen and the "Personal Preferences" flyout

When loading the screen, click "Other"

Choose the "Yes" option to view in Tree or "No" Mode to not view and click the check to save

# View Calls in Tree Mode

Considering that the option you select was "Yes" for the row view in tree mode, click "Called" in the top menu of the screen and the "Queue View" flyout

Finally, you can see the view of queues in tree mode.
