This module allows to set a queue in the service, so when setting the service in the ticket, the queue will also be changed according to the service configuration.

The following third party software is required:
bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ QueueByService-6.0.0.opm
This module does not need to be configured.
In the service registration, a queue field will be displayed. Select the desired queue and save.
When opening or updating the ticket, if the service is defined and the chosen service has the queue configured, the ticket will be changed to the queue in question.
