# Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ NewTicketNotification-6.1.2.opm

# Configuration

# Setting groups and notification trigger time.

In the option: InBox::NewTicketTimerNotification::GroupNotification. configure for which groups notifications should be displayed.

In the option: InBox::NewTicketTimerNotification::TimingNotification. configure after how long, without interaction, the call be notified.

When we ask the module a dialog box should open on the screen, asking the user for permission to display notification by the browser.

Choose 'OK' and allow notifications according to your browser.

# Creating Dynamic Field.

For the operation of the module it is necessary to create a dynamic field to be used in the backend of the application.
