Installation

Command Line

An alternative to the administrative interface is installation via the command-line tool ("bin/otrs.Console.pl"). bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ InformationPendingSurvey-6.0.2.opm

Settings

InformationPendingSurvey::Core::SurveySearchesID

Enter the survey ID and how many days unanswered surveys will show in the popup. (Key: Survey ID | Value: Number of days).

Defines where the InformSurveyCheck pop-up will be displayed.

Use

This module pops up the customer user unanswered surveys in a pop-up. The pop-up is only displayed 1 time after the customer user login.
