This module provides the ability to create a new dynamic field type for the OTRS, which creates a link to the OTRS action indicated in the field register.

Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ DynamicFieldLinkAction 6.0.1.opm

Configuration

This module does not require additional configurations.

Usage

To create a new dynamic field of type 'LinkAction', navigate to 'Administration -

Dynamic Fields':

Under 'Ticket ->, choose the type 'LinkAction':

Fill in the registration fields:

The 'Name' field will be what is shown in the view to be clicked. The 'Action' field will be the OTRS action that will be redirected when there is a click on it.

Field operation.

First, add the field to the desired screens, as an example on the call detailing screen: Navigate to 'Administration -> System Configuration':

Search for:

Add the name of the field created in the configuration:

Save and deploy updates. Go to the detail and some call and observe the field

Added: By clicking 'Go to dashboard', the dashboard screen opens:
