Add the color that will be assigned to the border and background of the button. (PS: the color must be in hexadecimal)

# Creating a custom dynamic field

To create the new dynamic field, navigate to the Administration -> Dynamic Fields menu. And choose in the Ticket object, the type Link:

Fill in the fields as desired.

Link value 1: This is the first link that will be used to, for example, access and generate forms.

Link value 2: This is the second link that will be used to view, for example, the generated forms in Agent Ticket Zoom.

Parameter value: 
            
    Yes -> a random number will be generated and sent at the end of the url.
    No  -> only the provided link will be used.

Button name: add the text that will be displayed on the button.
