# Configuration

# Display Customer name in dynamic field display

To enable the display of the Customer's name, use the configuration below:

Admin -> System Configuration -> DynamicFieldCustomers::Core::ShowCustomerCompanyName

Enabled this configuration.

# Use

# Creating a dynamic field

To create a dynamic field of type Customers, navigate to the system administration and search for 'Dynamic Fields'

After that select the 'Ticket' object and click on 'Customers':

Then enter the desired parameters and save

# Viewing the field

After creating the field, add it on an OTRS screen and it will be possible to view, within the field, the customers present in the OTRS
