This module creates a new type of dynamic field that self-increments with each call creation according to a user-provided initial value.

# Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ DynamicFieldAutoIncrement-6.0.1.opm

# Configuration

This module does not require additional configurations.

# Use

After installing the module, go to 'Dynamic Fields' in the Administrative menu, and create a dynamic Call field of type Auto Increment, as in the image below:

Set a starting value for the field:

So the first time we create a call, that's the value of the field. After that, it will be incremented automatically.

Important:

In the example, we add the field in a process:

The Default Value field must be filled with some value other than 0. The field must be configured not to be displayed.
