Custom Module TicketParamUpdate
With this module it is possible to configure a type of generic attendant in bulk.
Configuration
CustomModuleGenericAgent::TicketParamUpdate::TicketParamUpdate
Go to System Configuration and search for CustomModuleGenericAgent::TicketParamUpdate::TicketParamUpdate
- Set as Key1. The new conditions must follow the sequence Key2, Key3, Key4... Each Key represents a rule, as if it were a generic attendant.
- Here, two keys must be defined, one as Change and the other as Match.
- In Match, define which parameters you want to find in the ticket and which values must be assigned for the rule to be assigned.
- In Change, define which parameters you want to change in the ticket and what the new values will be, if the criterion in Match is met.
Allowed parameters:
- SLA
- Type
- Queue
- State
- Service
- Priority
- DynamicField
Run
Go to Admin > Overview > GenericAgent and Add Job
You can use all generic attendant settings.
Go to Execute Custom Module tab and add Kernel::System::GenericAgent::TicketParamUpdate::TicketParamUpdate
