# Custom Module SetFollowUpChannel

This module creates a custom generic attendant that sets in a dynamic field the channel that the call was reopened by the customer.

# Run

Create a generic attendant with the event that you want to run.

Custom module:

Module      => Kernel::System::GenericAgent::SetFollowUpChannel::SetChannel
Param Key   => FieldChannel `
Param Value => Dynamic field name

The first switch must be fixed with Field Channel. The second key must receive the dynamic field that will receive the value of the reopening channel.
