Custom Module TicketParamUpdate

With this module it is possible to configure a type of generic attendant in bulk.

Configuration

CustomModuleGenericAgent::TicketParamUpdate::TicketParamUpdate

Go to System Configuration and search for CustomModuleGenericAgent::TicketParamUpdate::TicketParamUpdate

  1. Set as Key1. The new conditions must follow the sequence Key2, Key3, Key4... Each Key represents a rule, as if it were a generic attendant.
  2. Here, two keys must be defined, one as Change and the other as Match.
  3. In Match, define which parameters you want to find in the ticket and which values ​​must be assigned for the rule to be assigned.
  4. In Change, define which parameters you want to change in the ticket and what the new values ​​will be, if the criterion in Match is met.

Allowed parameters:

  • SLA
  • Type
  • Queue
  • State
  • Service
  • Priority
  • DynamicField

Run

Go to Admin > Overview > GenericAgent and Add Job

You can use all generic attendant settings.

Go to Execute Custom Module tab and add Kernel::System::GenericAgent::TicketParamUpdate::TicketParamUpdate
