Custom module DynamicFieldFromITSM

This module inserts the information of the Configuration Item associated with the call, in ticket dynamic fields.

To do so, go to the Administrative menu and go to the "Generic Agent" option.

Give the agent a name and make the desired settings to trigger the event.

Run

• Required Parameters:

Module          => Kernel::System::GenericAgent::DynamicFieldFromITSM::SetDFValue
Field_ITSM      => Name of the dynamic field that will receive the value of the CI attribute

Obs: the keys referring to the attributes of the ITSM IC must be exactly the same as in the class definition.

NOTE: It is important that the configuration item is associated with the ticket. Only 1 item will be considered.
